All of us at Random Elements Limited have risen through the ranks, from starting ‘on the phones’ to running and directing our own contact centre-related businesses.  An integral part of our work consists of ‘putting our money where our mouth is:’ i.e. running a client’s contact centre for a period of time.  Or we can simply visit your operation for a few days and look under the bonnet.

We have worked in management and leadership, face-to-face sales, contact centres, customer service, and tech support, we have excellent interpersonal skills and we all believe passionately in the links between good people management, job satisfaction and enjoyment, and commercial success.

We have been in the Contact Centre business for over 30 years and have worked for many prestigious clients, from First Direct in the late ‘80s to the London 2012 Olympics. Last year, we helped a local charity, with 2 people on the phones, to professionalise their customer service help-line.
